The top fabric should feed through like normal, but that little bit of tension on the bottom fabric should keep them in line. Another idea is to place a thin sheet of paper under your bottom layer of fabric - so that the paper is touching your machine - this will keep the bottom fabric from moving too much or getting caught. Hope that helps!Jessica@SewHomegrownhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10498265227068911898noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5950969507821447431.post-62187938606021347042010-09-24T12:40:30.232-04:002010-09-24T12:40:30.232-04:00Okay, question - I'm working on a flannel quil...Okay, question - I'm working on a flannel quilt and as I'm sewing the squares together, the top fabric keeps "walking" down over the bottom fabric and bunching a little. I've tried pinning the business out of it, and it is still wandering! Any suggestions?Jenn Ghttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08581284052297844386noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5950969507821447431.post-26528695646589125232010-09-24T11:17:17.762-04:002010-09-24T11:17:17.762-04:00that's an ingenious idea!that's an ingenious idea!karisahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02648158673027196088noreply@blogger.com
