Father's Day Apron

"Hands down, the best Daddy in town"
A quick, simple, and crafty Father's Day Idea.
We decided to put it on an apron, but you could use the same idea for a shirt or a piece of art.
Here's what you'll need:
1 apron
fabric paint
letter stencils(or make your own freezer paper stencil)
foam brush
child with hands
paper plate

Step 1:  Squirt the paint onto the paper plate and have your child rub her hands in it.
I used two colors of paint for a little added interest.
Put a print of each hand on the top of the apron.
Step 2:  Lay out the stencils in the correct order.  Paint over the stencils.
Instant Father's Day gift.

Have a great day!

  2. Love it! We did a "hands down" craft but I'm living the apron. I'd love for you to share at Fun For Kids Friday.
