I hope many of you are enjoying making the ruffled scarf for holiday gifts!
The original tutorial is here, but I modified it for my MIL.
The finished width was 8" instead of 10", and I only sewed one seam down the middle with the elastic thread. This effect makes it a less dramatic look, which some people prefer (me, I'm all about the drama -hence the picture). So get to sewing so you can win that adorable Bridget and Lucy Ruffle Joy Kit!!

Love this version of the scarf, I like the more dramatic one too but this one is more of the everyday type. LOVE IT!!!
