  10. I love them all, does that count?! But, for real, I like the stripes the best... and I would probably make a cushion for my sewing chair with it. And, realistically, I would probably sew pillows with the other fabric, which would match perfectly in our living room and bedroom!

  29. Oh, the oranges!! I especially love the Regan Sky 16! So pretty! I would definitely need to make a few pillows, although I might have to think about putting a few of the orange ones on my bed, instead of on the couch!

  31. a large tote from the large floral!

    ReplyDelete
  32. I quite like the orange embroidered cream, but I'm not sure what I would use it for yet. I like the striped fabric and think it would make great patches for our denim sofa. The cat has scratched the corners all to shreds.

  33. I love the floral and the orange.
I sew on an old Singer that was my husband's grandmas. It has a beautiful sewing table, but has the ugliest seat. It is covered in old, tanish colored fake leather vinyl stuff. It makes a cracky sound when you sit on it. It is kind of sticky filling. Mostly, it is just nasty. I would use the floral fabric to cover it and make it pretty again.

I like the organe, because I just love orange. I would probably use it to make a pillow for my couch.

    ReplyDelete
  34. That grey silk would make the loveliest gift wrapping bags!

    ReplyDelete
  35. That orange and cream fabric would make an awesome pillow or memory board!! It so fun and funky.

    ReplyDelete
  36. Pillows, my dog just ate two of my pillow covers this week.

    ReplyDelete
  37. I would make throw pillows-my couch is a hand-me-down from my Grandma and we have a pretty sage green cover on it, but the pillows are still the originalpillows that came with it in the 70's or 80's and they are hideous!

    ReplyDelete
  38. ooh, I love the large floral! I would make a summer tote bag with it :)

    ReplyDelete
  39. LOVE!! The striped fabric would get cut into 12x12 squares and hung in a frame for my boys room. Large floral print would be couch pillows, silver silk will become small zippered bags and the 1/2 yard of orange would be a small bolster for my bed!

  46. DROOL! I know exactly what I would do. I recently bought a couch with that microfiber which is nice and soft, but my cat instantly hated it, and attacked it (picture a football tackler) and put about a 3 inch tear on the arm. I would make some lovely covers to hide that. These fabrics actually go with the colors in my living room, they are so pretty! My favorite is...
    silverskyprintcream (all of them) LOL

    ReplyDelete
  47. I'm really drawn to the orange on cream embroidered one. I've been trying my hand at making purses and I think I would prefer using home dec fabric so they have better shape and stiffness. All these fabrics will probably end up in a one of a kind purse...these will be purses with personality for sure!

    ReplyDelete
  48. I am torn between the orange and the stripes. I think I would choose the stripes. I could probably use it to make a mei tie for my 6 monthold. Beautiful fabric! I look like my 6 month old drooling everywhere! LOL! Oh also a new follower here!!! Thank you!!!

    ReplyDelete
  142. Pillows!!! And here's a joke I found online today to share (no worries, I don't do dirty jokes):

A new super high tech grocery store recently opened in Orlando, Florida. It has the standard automatic water misters to keep the produce fresh, but just before it mists, one hears the distant sound of thunder and the smell of fresh rain. When one passes the diary freezer, you hear cows mooing and experience the scent of fresh mown hay. Going in the meat department one can smell the aroma of charcoal grilled steaks and barbecued ribs. When you pass the fresh eggs case, you hear hens cluck and cackle, and the air is filled with the pleasing aroma of morning eggs and bacon. In the bread department, a tantalizing smell of fresh baked bread and soft warm rolls. But I don't buy my toilet paper there any more.

Funny, right!?! Have a great day!

    ReplyDelete
